Agreement Between You and kariky

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kariky ("kariky", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at kariky.org and all associated services, products, features, and content made available through that website.

By creating an account, accessing the website, placing a bet, participating in any game, or making a deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kariky platform.

kariky reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the website or by email to the address registered with your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the kariky website at kariky.org and all pages, services, and features accessible through it.
• "Account" means the personal gambling account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits added to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it qualifies for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied to Player accounts in accordance with kariky's compliance obligations.

To register an account with kariky, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. kariky does not permit gambling by persons under 21 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by kariky for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close relative of an employee of kariky or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You will provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at any subsequent point when kariky requests updated information.

kariky reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and source of funds at any stage of the player lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kariky may result in temporary suspension of the Account and withholding of pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kariky account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any other person. kariky will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the kariky Platform at any given time. If kariky identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether through the same device, IP address, payment method, or personal details — all duplicate accounts may be closed and any balances within them may be voided. The determination of whether accounts belong to the same individual rests with kariky.

You must notify kariky immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. You can contact our support team at [email protected]. Until such notification is received, kariky is entitled to treat all transactions conducted on your account as authorised.

All financial transactions on the kariky Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kariky supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. kariky does not charge any platform-side fee for deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. kariky will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, wallets, or cards held in another person's name. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. kariky reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawals above specified thresholds as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

kariky will make reasonable efforts to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks. kariky is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile network operators.

kariky offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the Promotion page of the website at the time of the offer.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all kariky bonuses:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game type and are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds will be removed from your account upon expiry.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, and per payment method is permitted.
• kariky reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already accepted a bonus and begun wagering will be given a reasonable opportunity to complete the relevant requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, pattern betting, or coordinated play — will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All sports bets placed on kariky are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. In the event of any ambiguity, discrepancy, or dispute regarding bet settlement, kariky's decision — informed by official match results and the applicable sport-specific rules — shall be final and binding.

Casino and slot games on the kariky Platform are provided by third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are governed by the software provider responsible for that game. Outcomes in all certified casino games are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, which ensure fair and unpredictable results.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during an active betting or gaming session, kariky will apply commercially reasonable measures to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on kariky's side, any stake placed during the affected round will be returned to the player's account balance. Winnings generated during a documented technical error that resulted in an erroneous display of odds or payouts may be voided at kariky's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kariky Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings obtained through a known or suspected error must be reported immediately and may be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose.
• Attempting to access another player's account without that player's explicit authorisation.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kariky staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content owned by kariky or its game providers without prior written permission.

kariky reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold any balance pending investigation, and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

All content on the kariky Platform — including but not limited to the kariky brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive property of kariky or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in kariky's intellectual property beyond the limited licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes as described herein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kariky's total liability to any player — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kariky shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) any losses arising from a player's gambling decisions, including but not limited to losses suffered as a result of bets placed on the Platform; or (d) any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to events outside kariky's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, network outages, and third-party service failures.

Gambling involves risk. Players acknowledge that they may lose money placed in bets or games on kariky, and that kariky is not responsible for any such losses. You are solely responsible for your own betting and gaming decisions.

You may request closure of your kariky account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure of your account, any real-money balance remaining (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

kariky reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) kariky has reasonable grounds to believe a player has breached these Terms; (b) kariky is required to do so to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations; (c) continued operation of the account poses a financial, reputational, or legal risk to kariky; or (d) the player has not logged into their account for an extended period and their balance is zero. Where an account is closed by kariky due to a proven breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited.

kariky collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the kariky Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kariky implements SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access.

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the kariky Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and kariky, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. kariky will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to resolve them within thirty (30) days of receipt.

If informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of kariky to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of kariky's right to enforce that or any other provision in the future.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and kariky with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
